I've been overwhelmed and delighted by the positive response.

Haecksen / Linuxchix raised nearly $600 in donations at Open Day at the conclusion of linux.conf.au 2011 - once that's banked we shall add it here.

I'm in the process of setting up a campaign website - which will include more information on Louisa Lawson, The Dawn and how this campaign began.

Raising the funds is the first step - I also hope to raise an army of editors to help correct the inevitable scan errors once The Dawn is online at The Trove.
